Default Need advice. Urgent.

Good morning. I have a few choices and asking for advice. All my documents are uploaded, except MSPE (still didn't upload, don't know how long it will take with ERAS to do so) and I will hopefully sign three letters today. I know it will take at least 4-5 days for them to appear in system. Now I have three choices- skip this year MATCH and do so next year; apply September 15 with no letters and write email to PD with explanation that letters will be ready in few days(not sure if someone will read them), and last choice- to wait for 4-5 days and apply with LOR's. I am an old grad, applying just in one state. Had to look for a new doctors to sign LOR, because people who promised me before to do so, didn't do anything. Thank you for time and advise.

I'm in almost the same situation(2 letter stuck in nowhere, 2 uploaded), my strategy is to wait for 2-4 days due to the fact if you're gonna apply at 15th you run a risk of being permanently screened out by a filter.
Personally, I don't think that difference in 3 days is gonna matter much, considering the fact that only small fraction of the programs sent IVs at 18th of September.
Here's Fisher's opinion regarding this issue, 23-00 MIN

My advise is to wait until all your documents are uploaded, it won't hurt you to apply 1 or 2 weeks later, keep in mind that MSPE is released on October 1.
Good Luck.
