Default country in war

My country in war now,can't get the US visa,shall i quit all my dreams of practicing here,I am done with the steps already ,however i still need usce


my only option is filing for asylum which can be accepted or rejected ,if i get rejected then I will need to depart the country and will destroy all my hard working years in medicine.


plz any thoughts
