Default best time to submit ERAS application

Hi all,
Programs can start reviewing applications on Sept 15th but NRMP opens later that day. would be preferred to wait to register and add the NRMP number to the application?!
How much would it affect to apply on the 17th?!!

I also had similar ques. But people matched last year reassured that no hurry for NPMP.We can register later and update our application with NRMP ID.

When we update our applications, do the programs see the updated application immediately?
