Default Late application

I need urgent advise.

Im 32yrs old. I completed my hematology residency in Spain. I want to start IM residency for this years match. I have step 1 score 248, step 2 ck 250 cs pass and step 3 240.

The catch: I dont have an MSPE and LORs uploaded until Sept 26th (so they might be available mid-late october.

Is it worth to apply this year?

I am forced to reply your message because I strongly believe you should apply this year, considering your statistics, whether your application gets in october mid, it will still be considered because your statistics are great. Its rare, not common. Do not give up, because you have not even tried. Its better to fail at it than not giving it a try at all.

The workload at ERAS will soon be lighter, so it might not take 2weeks for your stuff to be uploaded. Have faith.

Also, I have a friend who applied mid october last year, guess what? He had 14 interviews, he attended 12, didn't attend 2, and he matched at Maimonides, New york. He had 240/240 no step 3,MPH and his application was still reviewed, and other colleagues that had applied EARLIER than he did, some had no interview, and some fewer. I strongly believe if you have put in such hardwork to get the scores you posted here, Almighty God is going to grant you Grace that you never imagined and you will get interviews. Hardwork plus prayers =Success. Your spot is your spot, nobody can take it away from you. Success you shall find. Please apply this year, and please drop a note or message when you do. I will be very happy to read that you did apply and to know your progress. You have put in the hardwork already, now let God play His part.
All the best dear.

LORs should be ready in 7 days after an upload. If you don't see LOR being released at 7th day - call ECFMG.
