Help Observerships after applying in ERAS?

HI,

I am into pediatrics. going for the 2013 match. I have two observership assignments in july(last 2 weeks) and august. I will of course try to get the lors and upload them to ERAS.

But the other observership assignments are obviously from September onward (won't be able to upload the lors until mid/late september but will mention them in my CV).

Planning to do observerships until december 2012 (5 and 1/2 months in total).

So will the observerships starting from september onward count? or only the ones that i will complete before september 1st be taken into account?

is mentioning the assignments in the cv enough for iv's?

img.given step 1 and passed with a 235 (1st attempt). I have my cs exam in a month and the ck exam in july 2012.yog 2010.

You can mention about it in your personal statement as well, although it is not desired as having already a US LOR however it will give you advantage over those who don't have US LORs.
