Hi friends,

I have a query and need a suggestion. When is the best time to write to program directors requesting them to review my application for a program.I have heard that mid oct is the right time and its best to write early morning morning rather than over weekends. Can someone help me here.Thanks.

For what it's worth I got two IVs after emailing two Program Directors directly, so it can't hurt you especially if you keep it brief, reiterate your interest and why you are interested in the program. Keep it polite and copy in the program coordinator. I started sending out my emails last Friday. It's harder to email a program you really want after the rejection email no?

Your query is very important. You look over your information and assign a writer who is an expert in your field of study. The writer will analyze any provided supporting documents. If the writer needs any more information to begin writing your personal statement or admission essay they will email you with questions and arrange a phone call. I think it keep make you especially interested in the supporting writer.
