Default Applying without CK score. Passed USMLE CS.

Good morning everybody. I was making this thread to ask what I should do regarding my situation. I have my Step 1 score (229; first attempt), Step 2 CS score (pass, first attempt), and my three LORs.

I'm an US-IMG that doesn't need a visa. I'm not taking CK till November 6th. That means I won't get my score till November 25th. Should I go ahead and still apply or what?

It's getting a bit late in the season. Maybe apply but do not spend massively. I'd say 50-75 programs. Pick programs with deadlines in November and december and apply more for FM that IM. IM seems very competitive this year and I think applying this late your chances are not too good. godlike with everything.
