Don't worry you still have chances to get into residency. Apply as soon as possible for the CS, so that you can get a date before May 20, Keep checking everyday for the dates to open which they will. Your step 1 and ck scores are great, You have a green card, you have research all these factors make up a good CV. People with multiple attempts do get residency.
Good Luck

So sorry to hear that.

What did you fail on? How did you feel after the exam?

I hope the best for you and I think that what you should do is apply ASAP for an early CS date to take it again. Now you know what you failed in and you can practice that part over and over.

Don't loose hope.

Hi, I can help you pass the CS just email me.
Regarding your profile, although research help you, but it doesn't substitute observerships from now on. PDs are seeking applicants with US LORs from observerships.
