Listening Low Step 1 Score with lots of Experience

hey!
I am in a bit of a strange situation...and I don't know how competitive I'm in the match and if I should even try, maybe some of you know how my chances are:

I took my step one in my 4th year (only a 211 )
then i did medical electives @ Yale and MGH (got LORs and really good grades) - also took my CS when I was in the US
then I did electives in oxford and Cambridge
I graduated from med school a year ago
after graduating I took my step 2 (230)
currently i'm studying on my MSc in Immunology at Ox.

It may look pretty good (and many people say why someone like me worries) but i know you guys can understand my 'score-problem'....

hi!

thx for your reply i'd look for general surgery (all my electives were gensurg) but i think that 211 is bit to low for that and 'european' stuff (MSc, cambridge etc) doesn't count much in the US right?

well, I think that you should apply for community based programs in surgery, but also consider applying for IM and FM as a backup plan.
about the European experience I guess it is still non US but I think it is the best non US experience.
