Certificate LoR says; performed reasonably well

Guys, I need help please If LOR author writes: "he has performed reasonably well during rotation" Should i sent this LOR to programs i will apply to?

no.....reasonably.....he should have included the words best or superior or great highly recommend etc etc but americans dont usually say bad things about ppl from what i hear...so he probaby meant ur good
