Overall a very nice experience. Interviewed alongside other 9 people. Half were IMGs from Latin America and the other half where DOs, AMG, and US IMGs. We were greeted by the program coordinator and other secretaries all of them were really friendly. After breakfast, the PD gave a presentation about the program characteristics. After the presentation was over we had 3 interviews. The first interviewer asked me about my hobbies, about a time a had helped someone, about a time when I had to be a leader. The second interviewer asked me about my medical school, about a time I had to face a difficult situation. The last interview was with the PD it felt little bit rushed, asked me about how to describe the perfect resident.
After the interviews, we had lunch, and met with some of the residents which seemed happy, were very friendly. Afterwards, we had a hospital tour, nurses seemed to be very friendly and collaborative, as we were told per one resident scut work is really minimal. The hospital facilities are very nice, with on-call rooms in the various floors and a nice residents lounge.
