From what you have provided, I have gathered:

Pros: recent Time Since Graduation, no professional gap, good Step 2 CK score, Green Card and USCE

Cons: Low Step 1 score, no CS score yet

As you can see, you have many aspects of your profile in your favor. Of course, the low Step 1 score will be your biggest hindrance as an applicant. Fortunately, your large margin of increase in your Step 2 CK score will reflect well on your ability to grow and adapt.

If you are planning on applying for the 2016-2017 Match in Family or Internal Medicine, you have a pretty good chance. The Step 1 score will knock you out of the running for some programs, but they may be willing to give you a chance bc of your Step 2 score.

To improve your application, try secure any more USCE, or observership, research, or volunteer to stay relevant in the medical world and boost your ERAS Common Application. Also be sure to have specialty specific document for each specialty you are interested in such as the Personal Statement and Letters of Recommendation. The residency application process is pricing and you should consider the costs of applying to enough programs to give you a fair chance (100 per specialty). Budget wisely in the following months to make sure you have enough.
