Default only 3 progams to rank but in limbo

Hi all, I would really appreciate your useful insight regarding these 3 IM programs. they are all community based, low tier programs.
main pros n cons of each as per my IV experience:
1. capital health: great attendings, growing hospital network, night float system and good work hours.
but
no in house fellowships, limited research opportunities, trenton is very bad area to live with family.
2. raritan bay: better research opportunities, no in house fellowships but affiliation with university (no away rotations though), area is safe to live.
but
no night float and bad work hours.
3. Coney island: 3rd on my rank, due to language barrier and a couple of other cons.

I want to do pulmo or gastro fellowship. main area of confusion is if university affiliation (without rotation there) give me any real benefit in pursuit of fellowship. If that's not the case, I would rather prefer capital health due to better work-life balance there.

thank you all for your inputs.

You could compare the fellowship placement directly rather than looking into univ affiliation, research opportunities or weather there is in house fellowship or not.

thank you. both give opportunities for fellowships mostly in critical care, endocrine, infectious dis and rarely nephro.
the question is whether university affiliation would give more research opportunities and hence better chance at competitive fellowships?

Research opportunities depend more on faculties, and of course most importantly, on you, rather than univ affil. You can search their faculties' publications
