Default Colour blindness and residency.

I have partial red green colour blindness and have problems with Ishihara plates. Does this have any effect on the pre residency health screening ? BTW I am going to join Psychiatry residency.

Do they even test for it ?

I have 4 LOR. FM, Peds, Sub-IM, OB/GYN.... 1 year USCE, 2012 YOG.

I have done a CL-Psych elective and my core got A in both. the Psychiatrist retired/is gone, I cant get a hold of them. Can I still apply to Psychiatry please I need an answer. Can I explain this to them.
