Question Letter of recommendation to ERAS

Hello

I have a query. The MSPE and 2 LORs that I have from my medical school (I am an IMG, school in Nepal), were collected directly from them. I did not print the LOR submission form at that time because I had no idea what it was, and I didnt have an ERAS token.

1)Are those submissible to ERAS? Can I upload them?

2)Also, these letter were acquired last year, therefore the date is not current. Will that be an issue as well?

I will really appreciate if someone could help me with this, otherwise I will need to get in touch with my school and start the painfully slow task of acquiring letters again..

Thanks in advance.

Yes you can upload them yourself when ERAS opens in July. The only issue is that you cannot waive your rights.

Thanks immense for your reply.

Can you take me through the procedure?

I am guessing I will have to print the document submission form. Will it require the signature of the author of the LOR.

I will supposedly then mail it to ERAS?

Thanks in advance for your reply
