Question Requirements for the Match?

hi, is necessery to have all step 1 step 2 and cs score to b in hand while applying for match or step 1/2 score is enough ?

Officially you don't need to pass any of the exams to enter the match. But if you are an IMG nobody will look at your application if you did not pass all the exams or at least Step 1 and CK

Yes you can but your chances of getting an interview are much less than when you finish them all.
So probably wait until you finish all your exams then start applying
