Help Not Cancelling the exam!

i registered for step1 exam..i was not prepared for it so i got it extended. still i did not show up on exam day..NEITHER i officially cancelled the exam..please tell me whether it will be counted as an ATTEMPT in my ecfmg history (incomplete or failed))????please tell me should i have to officially cancelled it from prometric ???i am very worried these days due to this..plz help me out.
