2013 Match Need Advise/Orientation

Hi,

I am writing because I need some sort of advice on how to participate for Match 2013.

I am a US Citizen studying medicine in the Dominican Republic.

My graduation date is on May 2013.

I have already given Step 1 and Step 2 CK and passed both on first attempt with a score of 207/86 and 246/84 respectively.

I will be taking Step 2 CS on August 2012.

My question is, what is the first step in beginning the Match application for 2013?

Is it acquiring an 'ERAS Token' through ECFMG?

Do I have to register directly to ERAS?

By what date should I have all of this done?

Yes. The first step is to obtain an ERAS token via your ECFMG OASIS account. Then you use that token to register with ERAS. This process would be available in July.
