I have been seeing a few of my friends practicing medicine as general practitioners in PR
, Florida and other states after completing medical internship in certain hospitals in Puerto Rico. I think it is a great opportunity for people who do not have a residency yet or cannot get one, to practice medicine in the states. I researched and asked around and found a reliable company called Residency Hack, residencyhack.com, that have great resources and info on the programs. I activated my membership and have access to the program list and forms and it has been great so far. I am shooting for next year cycle, so am learning some basic spanish in my free time. I know most of the programs do not pay, but it is a sacrifice am willing to pay to practice medicine. Its only for a year. Does anyone know anybody that also finished from the internships in Puerto Rico?
