Listening What residencies with Step 1 Score 211

Hi everyone! I got my step1 score and it was 211.(IMG)
Could anyone tell me about the residencies that I can apply for with this score? Can I still apply for Ob/Gyn, surgery or internal med? I don't like psychiatry and family med. What else do I need to improve the condition?
Could anyone help me please? I'm so depressed...
Thank you

Do well on your electives, publish some research papers, get a high score on Step 2, and you might have a chance.

I did about 2/3 of UWorld, some of the step questions are quit similar to uworld but my problem was that most of the question stems are soooooo long (7-10 lines) and I didn't have time to think on them, I was short of time almost in every block!
