Unhappy What is the minimum score to get in the USMLE

What is the minimum score to get in the USMLE exam for all steps for US citizens (Green Card holder) who completed graduation in another country.

It's different for each specialty.

Also, Scores and no need for Visa are very important, Yes, but not everything.

There are other important factors such as:

Years since graduation
USCE
US LoRs
Research and publications
Interview performance

Any ideas for Pediatrics? I am planning to apply at 4years after my grad (since I am first completing my masters in pediatrics too) + I will be publishing one or two articles too in those 4 years. I just need to get my USCE and USLoR in those 4 years while I prepare for the exams too.

Forgot to add, will one year with 4hrs per day suffice for me to prepare step 1 and get a 95+ at least? I am currently working for my residency(not in the US) for my masters degree so I can devote only 4hrs daily.
