It really depends on you more than your fiance. You are the stronger candidate and depending on how badly they want you, you can let them know it's a package deal (in a polite/professional way of course). Your fiance has decent scores so it shouldn't be too hard of a sell. I know two couples who matched in recent years. In both cases, the females had better step scores and got into the program, the husbands joined 1 year later. That may or may not be an option for you but from what they told me, it was easier for the girls to get matched and once they did, they worked hard, renewed their contract and advocated successfully for their spouse.

thank you for your reply, if we want to get matched this year is it better for us to apply individually or its better through couples match, and to join in same program would u suggest us to let me match first and after a year my spouse could join me, then what are the chances of he being matched to same program

You have good scores so there is a good chance that you will have a high number of interviews. If a decent program calls either of you try to put in a word exactly when they contact you first. Then leave it upon them. Also see realistically what are the chances of them taking two of you. I know last year a couple matched in the same specialty and same program, so it is possible but they had similar strengths. In your case you will have to make a judgement call if the program would be willing to call you both, if you push it on a wrong program you may hurt your chances. You going together would also depend on how you create the couple ROL. The most important thing for couples is to try and get a high number of interviews.
