Certificate LoR says "I recongize the challanges met .."

hey, I am an img and i have a question regarding a lor that a us attending wrote...
he wrote me a good letter but in the middle he wrote ''i recognize the challenges that she has faced during her education'' should i use this letter?

I think that's not necessarily bad, it depends on how the sentence goes on..., it can mean that you had a lot of challenges and worked through it and can be positive... just my opinion

thats why im confused, its all positive and out of no where the other sentence pops in!
