Default which residency program should i apply for?...hv low scores

hi guys
i am an img.i am kinda confused as in which residency program should i apply for bcoz i have low score
step 1 - 217
step 2- 219 2nd attempt
CS- passed 1st attempt
i have a 1 month observership in pediatrcis
which program should i apply for- family/pediatrics/IM?. do i even have a chance for IM?. do i even hv a chance for ANY residency?. i m planning to give step 3. will tht make a diff and wht should i do to improve my chances?

On a very similar boat as you. Have almost the same scores, 3 observerships, recently got married to an American citizen so will not need a visa, have great LOR. Still confused as to where to apply. If anyone has any advice, please let me know. I am planning on applying for Family Med and IM.
