Default Persona stement- Social life details

Hi folks. When interested in particular city and particular program due to personal relations in the city i.e upcoming marrgae plans , is it ok to mention that in the personal statement?

Like my family stays in xyz city and I am so interested to stay close to them, or d I am married and have family in xyz city that's why I am interested in xyz city' s program?

Or it is personal boring weak crap that PDs do not want to read bout?
