Default Is USCE really important?

I want to apply for the next match , but I dont have USCE . My scores for step 1&2 +245. Should I apply ?
I need advice ?

Those are great scores for Step 1 and Step 2. You will probably get a few interviews just with those scores, but if you want to be secure and receive more interviews, you should definitely try and participate in some hands-on clinical in the US. Doing such, you will be looking good to Match! As long as your YOG isn't too old.

Message me for some info on externships (hands-on USCE).

Observerships are useless in the eyes of PD's btw as they are not truly hands-on.
