Question ERAS CV Alone or Another CV?

Hello...
- Some programs require a CV for the application. Is the CV created through ERAS enough or is there also a spot for an extra CV that I have to prepare myself?
- Also, in ERAS itself..., will they ask for the clerkships done during residency? I'm asking as I did those a long time ago and if they need specific dates and everything I would need to contact my med school (before summer vacation starts).

Thanks!

I do know that ERAS puts all of your info in a CV format for those programs who prefer to see your info in that format rather that reading it otherwise, so, yes, that's the same for ALL programs.

My question is, however, that some programs specifically ask you for a resume, so I don't know if they only mean that or they want a separate document

Generally when residency programs mention about a CV in their website they usually mean the ERAS CV.

However, sometimes (not very often), they do require a separate CV. You will usually send them this separate CV via email (not through ERAS).

So. Yes. It's a good idea to have a separate CV as you may need it anyway.
