Default LOR upload please replay

My author wants to upload LOR.he has prepared and signed it.

Now what to do ,scan it and then upload after converting I to PDF?

Is it fine PDF formet showing like uploaded by camscan at bottom of page.

Yes, it has to be in pdf format. He will know more the specifications in LoRP. It would be better of the letter does not contain 'uploaded by camscan' (if I got you correctly) as it would simply look better when programs take a look at it. If that is not possible, it does not mean anything. Content of the letter is certainly more important than how it looks.
