Default question about LOR

I have been working as a volunteer in a hospital ( doing minor things like charting, height ,weight etc) and later on i got do an observership in the same hospital, now if i get an lor from that doctor should he/can he mention my volunteer experience there?

And to what extent can the details be written,i mean can it include a particular patient that i saw or any particular procedure that i observed or any meeting that i attended?

Please reply soon .

I don't think its a good idea to say that I was allowed to contact the patient when I was actually not.

Please I need some more honest opinion from the forum staff.
