Info any IMGs with a Phd?

hello everybody,

Are there any IMGs with a Phd who have already matched or someone who knows anybody with similar creds? I would like to get some advice about how to approach the match. Thanks!

PSTP doesn't seem to be a feasible option for IMGs. I am looking for advice about chances and best choices. I will complete my Phd soon and it is on a topic that I would like to do my residency also (neurology)

That sounds great! I will be YOG + 5 yr when I plan to submit to eras, will need a visa and dont have usce. So is it worth it to apply for obs/externship to not get filtered out?

@detonatordoc, would you also know how to present research in the personal statement? I guess something that shows capability but does not portray me as too research heavy.
