Default LOR issue?

I did a clinical observership with a canadian physician in his clinic.During the observership,I took all the history form the patients and added on the SOAP software..it is not a hand on clinical experience as such..Dr asked me to write the LOR and he will just sign it..
Is it a good idea to mention that I took histories and added all the information onto computer software?
WHat else should I mention?
Sorry for asking these stupid Qs..but i really need the answers of these Questions.
Thanks guys.!!
