Default Volunteer experience

I will join an observership in the period between October and November. Can I enlist this in the Volunteer experience when I submit my application before Sep 15?

No you can't as you have not started yet. Also you cannot do it after submitting your application in September as well as you can only change information in the personal information section once you certify and submit. The only way you can have it on your application is to wait till you start and then submit, which would not be very smart.

@saxo I want your advice regarding application this year . My credentials are: 244,251,pass "all on first attempt", YOG 2013, excellent academic history, NO USCE.
Should I apply this year for IM?

You have very good scores and that will get your application noticed in most programs. Do you have US lors? Try to get 1 or 2 US lors from some sort of USCE if you don't already have them as that will improve your chances greatly.
