Default What are my chances? (IM)

IMG: Visa needed.
Step 1: 251; first attempt
CS: First Pass
CK: score should be out this wednesday (hopefully between 255 and 265)
Grades: Valedictorian, rank 1st/86
USCE: 2 month observerships at big university hospitals
Date of graduation: 2015. Currently second year resident in Internal Medicine back home.
EC: 2 published papers (3rd and 4th author). 2 oral presentations (1st spot young investigator award in regional meeting), 1 poster. Active member in students' committee, mutliple volunteerism experiences.
LORs: 4 of them (2 US LORs from big university hospital , 2: from home internal medicine program director and nephrology head of department)

WAMC of getting into a university program (IM)?
What programs should I realistically aim for? Can you please provide me with a short list?
Thank you

Based on my search, it seems like your stats are pretty good despite lacking USCE. I am not sure about IM at a University program and i say this because couple of my friends US-IMGs (Carib) had 250's step 1 and step 2 with 1 publication from Mount Sinai in NYC. He didn't get IM at a university program. That doesn't mean it can't happen.

I agree man. If you are smart enough to score above 260, you should be smart enough to understand what your chances are. Seriously
Also, this isn't his/her first post asking for their chances
I get that everyone has insecurities but come on.

Whats up with this spamming all over the forum. You need help!

This is like those financial forums for young people where there is always this one person asking - "I am 30 and saved only a million dollars so far. What are my chances of a decent retirement. Please help me?"

Scores a 251, 263 on the steps, publishes and presents papers, does observerships at big university programs, gets LORs, volunteers, is active on student committees, is a valedictorian, already finishing up a residency program, all within an year and a half of graduation - manages all this stuff without a post on the forum but comes here asking WAMC and for a list

Coconutpowder. You are a very strong candidate. You have a pretty good chance of matching at a university IM program.

I am sorry for my rude comments coconutpowder. I truly apologize for that. I realize that you may have been genuinely asking us about your chances for matching. You are an excellent candidate for this year's match. I wish you all the best.

I was but this turned into a circus hence my silence.
Btw my multiple posts were due to the fact I wasn't able to delete old ones if I wanted to add a new bunch of information, etc and NOT for show off or need to have my ego stroked. :/
Anyway thank you. Don't worry I took none of the comments personally. I'm still waiting for my first interview.
Any IMG out there with an IV?

Yes, I realize that now. Thank you for accepting my apology.

I guess its too early to be receiving interviews. I think maybe around next week, we may start getting invitations. Fingers crossed.
