The professor whom i worked under during Medical School rotation in India has retired. How do i get lor from him ? How does it work ?

You should contact the admin of your college so that you can reach your professor.i think it should be easy

Yes i believe.may be it should be counter signed by your dean or the current prof. The first step is to reach your professor and ask him.

im confused about the year of graduation limit
i graduated in 2007.so am i within 5 yrs limit or beyond it?
