How many letter do we need to ask for from each of our references?

One letter from each attending.

Total of three or four letters should be uploaded in ERAS.

u mean to say we cant upload more than 3-4 letters on eras after finalising them?

You can upload as many as you like but you cannot assign more than 4 letters to each residency program.

Does the LoR writer need the cover sheet if he is going to upload the letter himself?
