Certificate LOR signed by two authors

I did a rotation at a university in US and at the end of that rotation the LOR that i got was signed by two attendings, now while uploading the documents through the ECFMG, can i submit the same LOR under two different letter writers or i have to choose between the two?
Also the LOR is of two page length, can we upload 2 pages at once??

This is really unusual, how come two attendings sign the same LoR!!
They should have not done that, they should have written separate LoR.

I think you should mention only one of them.

Yes you can upload two pages LoR.
