Star Application

You scores look great! I'm assuming your application is completed.

How are your letters of recommendation? Were you able to get them from US schools/Academic centers? Any research and/or volunteering on your CV? All of these schools looks at the "whole" application. If not, these are areas that you could easily increase in points on your application.
As for the waiting... The ball is kind of in there court.... You can try seeing if others had interviews from those programs. Also make sure all portions of your application are completed! Sometimes letters don't come in until later (happened to me). MSPE may take a while. ETC...

Thanks for suggestion!

I have 6 months of hands on USA acedemic center experience, 6 USA lors, and they are pretty decent. I have research experience in USA and my home country as well. I have one volunteer experience in my home country.

I don't why I am not getting IVs

how many IV you have.

I think the best way is to stay away from that. And if they ask prepare a short 2-3 focused statements describing the real reason for failure.

CS attempt for IMGs is a red flag. I was told to always address red flags in your interview (even if it's not brought up in the interview). First, definitely show that you have an excellent grasp of English and very good communication skills. Secondly, have a genuine explanation about the cs attempt.

Don't justify it. Admit that you made the mistake, learnt from it and passed it the second time. Living up to your mistake and showing that you did the best you could to correct it will be regarded in a much better way than justifying it or not addressing it. My personal thoughts.
