Default No interview, further step??

Hi guys, my step1 and CK scores are 238 and 260, CS pass with 3 months of externship and 1 month of observership in IM, YOG 2014. Till now no interviews. I'm so worried, should we start emailing the programs now

With each program getting thousands of applicants they won't read your email. Also like stated in tons of other threads, it's still early. A lot of my colleagues that have better stats then me and you don't have any interviews either. Friends from previous match states they come in around mid-October. If you don't hear anything by the end of October-first week of November then I would recommend reaching out to programs. Again this is all advice that I got from friends whom match previous years.

Side note: with your stats I would think you should be able to get 7-12 interviews so don't stress they'll come in. Is there any reason you didn't apply previous match years?
