Certificate ECFMG Certificate Validity

There is 7 year limit for passing usmle steps...but once I certify with ecfmg, than my scores are valid for lifelong or not?
Help if anyone knows.

Yes. The ECFMG certificate is valid indefinitely.

However, if you are going to stay in USA and you'll take the boards then there's something called Maintenance of Certification (MOC) exam which you have to pass every 7 years or so in order to keep your boards.

For USMLE steps, as you get the ECFMG certificate you done.

Sabio, I thought that some State Boards require you to take step 3 in like a 5 or 7 year period, too?! (I mean after the other steps.)
