Mail Uploading Documents other than those listed

Hi everyone!!!
I have a question regarding uploading documents via OASIS. I see that we can upload photograph, MSPE, Medical school transcript, PTAL, LOR. But some programs have additional requirements like ECFMG certification, visa/citizenship status. Can anyone tell me how we can send these documents to programs?

visa / citizenship - it's a question in ERAS
ECFMG certification / status - you request that through ERAS

well, they have clearly written that you have to send other documents mentioned by programs to them directly, as ECFMG doesn't accept additional documents. Regarding ECFMG certification, it is automatically transferred to ur ERAS support service site by ECFMG. well, about visa status I am not sure.
