Certificate Using the same LoR for different specialties!

Can I assign 1 LOR for 2 different specialities, like IM and FM??
If yes, what should I put in the section where it asks for "specialty for which this letter assigned for? Or is it a bad idea?

Thank you

Here's the thing. A letter writer, can only write you 1 letter, he cannot write you a letter for FM, another for IM, another for Psych.
What he CAN do is write you a GENERAL LoR, where he doesn't mention the specialty.
You can upload, as many letters as you can, 20 if you like, but from different letter writers, and then assign them as randomly as you want to each specific program.

If it's general letter, then you can put this letter under " All specialities" then by the time you apply, you can select the Lor to different programs
