Certificate Access to Waived-LoRs in SOAP!

If in soap we want to send emails to the unfilled programs , can we get our waived lors from the ERAS website if we dont have them with us?

You cannot return your documents from ERAS until April.

However, in SOAP, you can use the same waived LOR "that you don't have" and send them to programs, you don't need to email them.
