Computer MyERAS Photo

I have a good 2x2 Passport photo but for some reason it has the date (which was taken yesterday)

Would the date on the bottom right corner be a problem?

Since you have to submit it digitally, can't you crop just the line on the bottom with the date?

And yes, I think PDs will be able to see your photo, just not right away, only when they grant you an interview, I think. But check your facts, I may be mistaken.

One thing though, if there is a place to upload a photo, it means SOMEBODY important will probably see it. Which is why that photo should not be 10 years old, have you looking evil or mean or like a convict, and definitely avoid wearing weird or revealing clothes, excessive jewelry, heavy makeup, weird facial hair patterns, or sporting a very odd hairstyle. I'd suggest looking at the photos of residents on program websites and going for that kind of image. The medical profession is still pretty conservative in terms of the accepted look for men and women doctors.

On that note, time to get out those zoot suits...
