Mail The process of mailing Waived LoRs!

Hi friends i have a question . I am taking letters from my medical school and planning to get them waived . i will send them to ecfmg by post . can some one explain the process ? i will download dsf and letter request forms from my eras. should i send each of them separately and also should the cover we are sending should have a seal of our college ? what is the process ? can someone explain ? thanks .

I don't think it will be considered waived if you are the one who mails it..

get them in a sealed envelope from ur letter writer, with his stamp. then attach the coversheet to it & send them as waived lors.
yes they r still waived, even if u send them urself!!!

how do u attach the coversheet to the envelope?
like outside the envelope??

so can i send the letter in a sealed envelope . with dsf and cover letter outside in a bigger envelope ? or dsf + letter in a sealed envelope and cover letter outside ?
