Default LOR doubt..

Hi all

I have a doubt regarding my LOR.
I am a trained psychiatrist from my home country.YOG for medical school is 2007
I want to apply for psychiatry. My credentials are step 255/267/Cs pass.
I did 3 months observership in US.
I got 2 LORs from the place I did my observership (waived).
My query is should I get 1 more from the same place and one from my residency program in home country .That means my 3 US LOrs are from the same programme.

Or should I get the 2 LOrs from my home country residency training program.

Somebody please guide me..
Plus what are my chances in this match (I need visa)

Thanks

As per other people suggestions I think getting all 3 LORs from same program is ok. If you have all those LORs from different mentors.
And getting an LOR from the place you are working now in your home country would be good too as they are the one who can evaluate you better then some one where u did few months of observership.
Hope I answered ur question properly.
