I know some Programs want a photo, some don't mention it. Should we assign it to all Programs we apply to, or just to the ones that specifically mention it?
You'd better assign it to all programs. It's been a tradition to attach a personal photo to the CV when applying for a job, so I think it's the same thing here.
But make sure you're wearing a suit and your facial expression is pleasant. Smiling is recommended.
That's what I thought but then I read somewhere that the Programs can only see the photo once they decide to invite you for an interview. Not sure if that's true or not.
