cheapest, efficient -- just do it yourself.
go to frieda program search->
click on their website, go to GME or education, pick your residency program, then look for these: (1)check the current house staff/residents/PGYs on where they had their med school (2)check scores,visa, all other requirments. the reason why you check 1st med school of current residents, is that if there are no imgs then its not img-friendly, no matter if how eligible you are w/ regards to their criteria. btw where dd u grad, carribean or asian/middle east? coz programs w/ carribean grads, doesnt mean its (asian/mid-east)img-friendly. so don't bother wasting your $25 for that application rather spend it on other programs.
i did my very own list of 200 programs for 1 1/2 day. you cud probably do it faster, i was reading some of residents' bioprofiles so i cud get a snapshot of how competitive my app is.. too bad mines only ave.
well hope this helps.
