Certificate finalizing LOR

hi
can someone please help me, when you want to finalize your lor there are 2 boxes to check which one should we check and why.
can anyone explain those boxes.
i have finalized 3 lors and checked only the lower box now i am worried about the top box.
thanks

If you had not finalized lets say 3 authors, then clicking the upper box will check all the boxes,

Just clicking the lower box, specifies that you are finalizing that specific author and not the other authors if you had others. Once you put your password you won't be able to edit it, and the author will be finalized.

I cannot read it.

Take a screenshot CTRL+PrntScr then go to paint and click edit then paste.

You can crop the image if you don't want us to see the other parts of the image.
