Question Changing the MSPE format?

I am an IMG and my college does not have an official MSPE format. The format used by my seniors is not very well organized and looks messy. Is it alright to change the format slightly or should it be exactly the same.? All I did was organize it in proper headings as per the ERAS format while keeping the sentences and structure the same.
Everyone from my college applying for match this season seems to have made some of their own changes to the format. Will the slightly different formats among us students from the same college raise any questions?

The ECFMG is aware of the fact that International Medical Schools do not provide MSPEs routinely and that there's no specific format in each school.

Also the ECFMG will not scrutinize your MSPE they they do with the Diploma and the final medical school transcript. They'll just accept it and upload it to your ERAS.

As for the residency programs they don't really care about the change in format, in fact, I have noticed that many programs do not even look at the IMG's MSPE (it's just another document to complete the profile).

Of course the story is different in AMGs, AMGs have specific MSPE format for each medical school and residency programs scrutinize their MSPEs carefully.
