Default 88 step 1 79 step 2

I know my scores are very low and right now am trying to improve on my CV by doing step 3

do you think I have any chance getting internal medicine post

What can I do to get it

To be honest with you, I think it's very very difficult to get a residency post
but, it's not impossible

Doing step 3 will certainly help you alot because it will show PD's that you are determined and willing to improve your status and they'll like that

I personally think that the only way for you to get a post is by volunteering / observership or externship in a place where there's a chance that they'll take you, DON'T do it in places where there's no chance at all that they'll take you

This your only hope, I believe

Also it would be great if you add research/publications to your CV

the biggest advice is
Never take the exam if you're not sure of getting at least above 90
